Job Description: We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Defence & Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide strategic insights, technical guidance, and operational expertise in support of defence, military, and national security initiatives. The SME will contribute to the development of policies, threat assessments, training programs, and mission-critical solutions. Responsibilities include advising leadership on defence strategy, risk analysis, operational planning, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities: Provide subject matter expertise on defence and national security operations. Support the design and evaluation of strategic defence programs and risk mitigation plans. Analyze evolving threats, technologies, and geopolitical developments. Assist in developing and reviewing policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and liaise with government and military stakeholders. Requirements: Proven experience in military, defence, or security operations. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Familiarity with international defense protocols and security frameworks. Excellent communication and advisory capabilities.
